Douglass Branch : Juneteenth

Event Time: 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Volunteers are needed in two shifts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are welcome to sign up for more than one shift.
- Set-up/Activity Supervision: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. - 15 volunteers needed
- Activity Supervision/Clean up & Tear down: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. - 15 volunteers needed
Program Description:
Summer activities, food, and entertainment celebrating community and commemorating the abolition of slavery.
Volunteer Job Description:
- Help with set-up and tear down at the end of the event.
- Directional assistance
- Activity supervision - yard games; BINGO; sports; etc.
- Handing out information at our resource booth
- Handing out free books

Group projects without contact or confirmation from a volunteer coordinator will not be eligible.
