Group Volunteer Project -  Summer Reading Kickoff

Date: Saturday, May 18, 2025

Event Time: 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Volunteer hours: 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

9    volunteers are needed for the program.

Volunteers will assist the library staff with family programs. Program volunteers will arrive  30 minutes early to help set up rooms, greet attendees, supervise program activities, take headcount, etc., and stay up to 15 minutes after the conclusion of the last program to help tear down.

Task #1: Take and Make craft .Volunteers will be handing out children's take and make crafts, assist participants with craft, and help to keep the craft area clean and organized.

Task #2 Bingo station.  Volunteers will assist library customers as needed  and help manage crowd.

Task #3 Virtual Reality station. The Volunteer will assist library customers as needed  and help manage the line.
